Please unblock packages heat and cinder
This is a first batch of packages rebuilt against openstack-pkg-tools 20 to fix
the generated systemd unit files. There are no separate RC bugs for these
issues, but these uploads are part of fixing #767711. The fix in
openstack-pkt-tools is only really effective if all openstack packages
which include a service file are rebuilt. A script in
openstack-pkg-tools is used to create these files at package build time
from templates.
The following packages also need this fix but are not yet uploaded due
to other issues:
* ceilometer -> Pending a resolution of #773691).
* openstack-trove -> Currently fails to build for me.
* designate -> Pending resolution of #774383
Me or the maintainer will upload these packages and request unblocks as
soon as these issues are resolved.
The package netron which also needs to be fixed was already uploaded by
the maintainer, but no unblock request was made. I'm inquering with the
maintainer why this request is missing.
