the lena image makes a poor test image for lots of reasons, but let's be 
clear about the actual scope of the problem:

$ apt-file search -a source /lena | wc -l
111

(I don't believe there are any false positives there across 32 packages; 
just expunging the file will likely cause some of them to ftbfs)
