xiphos still depends on libgtkhtml-4.0-0 (< 4.8). However, we now have
in sid
libgtkhtml-4.0-0 vesion 4.8.4-3.
Unfortunately xiphos FTBFS last time a rebuild was attempted for a
different transition - see #747784.
