Turns out we were missing a few packages that depend on python3 (<< 3.4). I scheduled:
cigi-ccl eog-plugins gedit-plugins pycangjie python-crcmod python-shapely rhythmbox s3ql s3ql FTBFS because python-apsw is buggy, Scott is looking at it. rhythmbox is in bd-uninst on s390x because textlive-bin FTBFS there.
