I've went ahead with this transition in Ubuntu and honestly there is nothing scary about it, just binNMUs and/or source-ful uploads to bump build-dependencies. I did uncover a couple of FTBFS, but they were just general FTBFS not induced by boost changes. Can I go ahead with boost-defaults upload to unstable?
