The following packages build just fine against the libx264-142 on my amd64 workstation: xpra gst-plugins-ugly1.0_1.2.3-2 handbrake jitsi libav libquicktime opal The following FTBFS: gst-plugins-ugly0.10 (#741848, unrelated to this transition) vlc seems to fail to build for reasons unrelated to x264 - possible there is something screwed up in my build system: configure.ac:31: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_SILENT_RULES If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.
