I've revisted all those blockers, and all have a patch provided with
two notable exceptions:

 - audacity, for which I know that Benjamin is working on that
 - quotecom, which had its last maintainer update in 2011, I'd suggest
to remove it from testing for now.

Any chance we can start the transition soon?
