I assume unstable was only an example of a codename here, as the diff doesn't look like it would affect parsing of "unstable" (unless I'm missing something). Hmmm. Data-only packages certainly make sense for stable-updates, it's just a question of whether they all do. While we ponder that, please feel free to go ahead with the upload, as per my earlier mail.
