You can blame me. I forgot to make a backup copy of all .changes before
changing the queued setup a bit (which unlike dak actually removes files
it doesn't like).

I mentioned it on IRC in #-buildd, but didn't write a mail for the
binary-only uploads as planned.

The lost binary-only uploads are

 * pygtk_2.24.0-3+b1_i386.changes
 * bitcoin_0.7.2-2_kfreebsd-amd64.changes
 * partman-efi_34_i386.changes
 * iceape_2.7.12-1_s390.changes
 * iceape_2.7.12-1_powerpc.changes

and

 * glusterfs_3.2.7-4_*.changes
   Note: -5 was already uploaded. So this doesn't matter.

Four sourceful uploads were also lost, but those are already sorted out.

The log files for queued are now rotated. Older entries can be found in
/srv/upload.debian.org/queued/log.*.xz.
