Hello,

I've just uploaded BitlBee 3.2-1 packages. Although it's a milestone
release, it's an important one because it implements support for version
1.1 of the Twitter API.

3.0.6-1, currently in testing, will stop working in two months when
Twitter will turn off support for older API versions.

Is this a good enough reason for an unblock?

I don't speak for the release team, merely answer the phone, but:

  128 files changed, 3660 insertions(+), 9335 deletions(-)

It's safe to say that it is too big a change for sensible review. If you can isolate minimal changes then fine, otherwise you should use backports after the release to maintain Twitter support.

It's also advised to file unblock bugs in future, since requests don't get lost on the list then.
