Sorry to not get back to you sooner. I've had a quick test with the plugins that I'm using (non-packaged AccountManager and SpamFilter) and everything seems to work fine for me. I don't think trac-spamfilter works though with this version (but also doesn't work with 0.12.3-1, see #691696).
