Please remove ruby-pgplot. It has all kind of unfixed build issues and multiple failed attempts at uploads to get the package in a working state after rc fix for #675390: https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=ruby-pgplot It is a leaf package in contrib and has not yet been in a stable release.
