http://packages.qa.debian.org/r/ruby-pgplot.html says "problems The package has not yet entered testing even though the 10-day delay is over. Check why." However, link to http://release.debian.org/migration/testing.pl?package=ruby-pgplot is missing. "Not Found The requested URL /migration/testing.pl?package=ruby-pgplot was not found on this server."
