FYI, I was the one who NMU a bunch of them (phpreports, php-horde-mime-viewer, php-openid, php-kolab-filter, horde3, and avelsieve) during the Shanghai BSP. :)
However, http://bugs.debian.org/release-critical/other/testing.html shows there's at least php-imlib that needs to be fixed. So I was wondering if there was more to fix, since one package has gone under your radar. I'll send a mail to Steve Langasek (maintainer of php-imlib) to see if he would accept an NMU.
