The problem blocking this transition has been fixed, and we've had a
successful build on that platform. Still waiting for builds on some of
the rest of the platforms, but it looks good since it was a one-line
change to ./configure{,.in} to add kfreebsd to a case statement.
Hopefully we can move forward with the transition.
