Apologies for the delay. I'm afraid I don't understand the question -- do you want a list of other (non-GNUstep) libraries possibly affecting the transition (poppler, ffmpeg, etc.) or you'd like to know which of the GNUstep packages depend on gnustep-gui and which only on gnustep-base?
