The diff looks okay; thanks.  Looking at the bug logs, it appears that
these two changes are currently unfixed in unstable:

> +    - Handle Xen split-partition disk image devices (closes: 601974).
> +    - Check RAID superblock offset (closes: #610184).

Is that correct?  Having the patches applied and verified in unstable is
usually a pre-requisite to applying them to stable.
