Hello, I have been a Debian user since 5.0.3. I recently got 6.0.1a and was
perplexed to find out that kde3 was removed. I don't like kde4 or any of the
other desktop environments. I found out that Timothy Pearson is continuing
development of kde3, called Trinity. I would really appreciate it if you
could include it in future releases of Debian. The address is
http://www.trinity.pearsoncomputing.net and http://www.trinitydesktop.org which
contains a roadmap as well.
I'd like to know if the source dvd's of Debian include a build order or
buildscript and how do I build deb packages, I want to add packages I like to
the Debian disks. Building rpm packages are easy rpmbuild -tb package.tar.bz2
that's it, I've search on the net but I couldn't find anything that worked.
Thank you.
Ryan Ismail
