nmu rapidsvn_0.12.0dfsg-3 . ALL . -m "Rebuild against new libaprutil1-dev to
get rid of unneeded libdb4.8 dependency"

Hi,

please binNMU rapidsvn against libaprutil1-dev (>= 1.3.12+dfsg-1).

 apr-util (1.3.12+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream version
   * Make apu-config not output dbm libs by default. Closes: #622081
   * Set DEB_GCC_NO_O3=1 for the benefit of ppc64 on Ubuntu.

This fixes unneeded dependency on libdbX.Y (and get us a bit closer of
finishing the libdb transition).

Thank you,
O.
