All the involved packages (except nipy), has been successfully rebuilt. nipy will have to be either forced into testing or removed.
Right. The set of packages involved seem to migrate with this set of hints: remove nipy/0.1.2+20100526-2 age-days 5 python-scipy/0.9.0+dfsg1-1 age-days 5 python-numpy/1:1.5.1-2 age-days 5 brian/1.3.0-2 age-days 1 scikit-learn/0.7.1.dfsg-3 age-days 5 libtool/2.4-2 hint python-numpy/1:1.5.1-2 As you can see, it requires some big hammer to get libtool in testing, and some aging for some other packages. Also, please note that guiqwt fails to build from source on s390 [1], but it doesn't seem to be a requirement for this transition. [1] https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=guiqwt Let's see.
