I just reported five RC bugs for unnecessary duplication of code that's already in the perl/perl-modules package. As perl/perl-modules Provides: them all and I couldn't find any versioned dependencies in the archive for any of them, I think they could be easily removed from testing. All of the packages are maintained by the pkg-perl group; cc'ing the debian-perl list.
