These are two small buffer overruns which would make pico2wave just
always crash on amd64. Agreed by maintainer and reported upstream.

Unblocked; thanks. The package appears not to be in the non-free
building whitelist, so amd64 packages are currently missing; that will
need fixing one way or another before the package can migrate.
