That is because upstream has six separate release packages (shorewall,
shorewall6, shorewall-lite, shorewall6-lite, shorewall-init,
shorewall-doc) and releases them all for every release or point release
(whether or not there were changes in every individual package) but then
uses only a single consolidated changelog.
