This is weird, but the aspell packages have been doing this for quite some
time, long enough that there's an explicit exception in Lintian for it.  I
think we should revisit this, but I wouldn't worry about it as a release
issue.  I think all the aspell packages are doing this right now, and
squeeze+1 is soon enough to sort it out.
