Please give-back notmuch 0.3.1 now that libxapian is fixed

Hello,

There was a bug in libxapian15 1.0.20-1 that caused FTBFS errors in the
notmuch test suite. The recently uploaded libxapian15 1.0.20-2 fixes the
bug, so notmuch should build again.
