At first, I thought it was OK but in fact, they made some interface changes in 
the routines 
ZCGESV DLASQ3 DLASQ4 SLASQ3 SLASQ4 and removed the routines DLAZQ3 DLAZQ4 
SLAZQ3 SLAZQ4.
I don't know if they are used or not ...
