We could propably change aptitude into apt-get by a simple search and replace in the release notes. (Not globally, there are some cases, where this is not possible. At some places both tools are mentioned.) This would not hurt translators, as we would unfuzzy the strings in the same step. But I wouldn't do that w/o agreement with the release managers nor without talking to the translators first.
