I am not so keen on this idea. We can fix OO.o 2.x for lenny users by backporting half of a relatively small patch; Chris Halls and I worked out how to do this yesterday. This will leave lenny users still /producing/ incorrect OO.o documents when it comes to hidden text; but they would be able to read both broken documents produced by OO.o 2.x and also conformant documents as intended. While it is not nice to produce incorrect documents, the rest of the world is going to have to deal with this problem in any case. Chris is going to talk to Sun today about the problem, I believe. -- Tim Retout <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
