Please consider unblocking xuxen-eu-spell_0.3.20070215b-4. debdiff output is attached. Includes two changes

The main reason for this upload. eu.rws was not considered as part of the
aspell-eu-es package and was not removed on package removal. This way
package manager takes care of this. This is the way most ispell and aspell
dictionaries building hashes from postinst work.

While belonging to aspell-eu-es package, aspell hashes under /var/lib/aspell
will be recreated after current aspell. This way, debsums does not complain
about it.
