Please consider to unblock ruby1.8_1.8.7.22-3.
It fixes incompatibility from ruby1.8/etch.
* module duplication missed some methods (it is incompatible from ruby1.8/etch)
* ERB behavior (about '%%') is different (it is incompatible from ruby1.8/etch)
* cgi.rb reject filenames includes white-spaces (ex: uploads from MS-Windows)
* and some small bugfixes.
