While an upload to fix #486326 would be accepted into Lenny, a new
upstream release will definitely not be, sorry.
Take into account that if you upload the new upstream version to
unstable, Lenny will release with #486326 unfixed, so you'll probably
want to make a targetted upload first (that is, an upload *just* fixing
#486326).
