please allow debian-faq 4.0.2 and doc-debian 4.0.1 in testing (was: Re: doc-debian 4.0.1 and debian-faq 4.0.2 stuck in new)

Hi,

Could you please make sure debian-faq 4.0.2 (that's a new package) and
doc-debian 4.0.1 enter testing before the freeze?  These are scheduled
to enter thursday july 24, I believe.  Dunno wether that's in time.
