package]_[source-version], [reason], [binNMU number], [list of archs]

The reverse build-deps of camlp5 need binNMU to be able to link properly
with the latest camlp5 (version 5.04). Unfortunately that version
haven't yet been rebuilt on all arch, is it appropriate to ask the
binNMUs in advance? (i.e. do you have any way to schedule them in
advance or something such?)

ocaml-ulex08_0.8-4, rebuild against latest camlp5, 1, alpha amd64 arm hppa
i386 ia64 m68k mips mipsel powerpc s390 sparc
  otags_3.09.3-2, rebuild against latest camlp5, 1, alpha amd64 arm hppa i386
ia64 m68k mips mipsel powerpc s390 sparc

As per Dato suggestion: please add a dep-wait on the architectures on
which camlp5 hasn't yet been built, namely: arm hppa m68k mipsel sparc.

TIA,
Cheers.
