Latest sparc-utils (1.9-4) is blocked into unstable due to the freeze (as stated by http://bjorn.haxx.se/debian/testing.pl?package=sparc-utils). However this release was uploaded next to an update of util-linux (2.13-3) due to a migration of sparc32/64 from sparc-utils to the latter. Now that a newer release of util-linux (2.13-8) is into testing, sparc-utils could be in as well.
