Wait, or help with getting rid of llvm-toolchain-19 in testing [1,2]. As far as I'm aware, multiple people are working on that. We need chromium to migrate to testing (or be removed there, but that probably doesn't help tasksel). I also think the (pending) NMU for ldc is probably good to wait for. There might be other pieces.
