For the record, this glibc update was accepted in trixie-p-u on July 11th, so almost 2 months before the 13.7 point release. In that case, there was plenty of time to detect and fix the issue, without having to change the deadlines. For sure if we have a way to catch issues before the point release, we might want to adjust the process to detect all cases, even one accepted close to the deadline, but we are not even there yet.
