The migration software doesn't use results from r-b.o, but from reproduce.debian.net (follow the links).

Normally things failures get retried automatically. Otherwise ask the nice people over on #debian-reproducible. (Unfortunately r.d.n doesn't have a retry button accessible to non-admins yet). Having said that, until the infrastructure is able to show the diff with the debugging symbols file, we typically ignore delta's like this one (where there's hardly anything more to see than a different NT_GNU_BUILD_ID) once we're notified. So I'll add a hint.
