This is a regular distro-info-data update.
Adding Debian duke and Ubuntu quokka.
I expect we'll need one more update before trixie releases, with the
final release date, but I expect that to come after the next bookworm
point release.

Systems won't know about Debian duke or Ubuntu quokka.

There are some simple automated tests, and I've manually checked the
results.

Minimal, we've done quite a number of these over the years.
