I would like to request that ming_0.3.0-11 be unblocked and allowed into
Etch. This version fixes an issue where the php(4|5) module packages were
still editing the conf file provided by the main php(4|5) packages. Most
other add on module packages have adopted the new config mechanism which
avoid this. This change in the -11 package brings the php(4|5)_ming
packages in line with the rest of the php module packages.
This fixes bug #404159. There was also some related discussion in
bug #397457.
This change has the additional benefit of removing more lines of code than
it introduces 8-).
