Hi,

[ Reason ]

BIND 9.18.35 isn't a security release, but 9.18.34 and 9.18.35
includes couple of important bugfixes that reduce memory usage
and improve resilience under the attack[1]. Additionally, it
is always have a smaller difference between stable and the
future stable-security package.

[ Impact ]
Not much, the package will be updated to the lastest stable
version in the next round of security fixes.

[ Tests ]
The whole upstream CI machinery also includes Debian and Ubuntu
distros.

[ Risks ]
There's always a risk, but see above - BIND 9 has a good (not
perfect, but good) code coverage.

[ Checklist ]
[x] *all* changes are documented in the d/changelog
[x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[x] attach debdiff against the package in (old)stable
[x] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

[ Changes ]
No changes to the packaging, just a new upstream.

[ Other info ]
This is part of the "security-gets-a-new-upstream-version" agreement.
