Dear release team, [ Reason ] libopenh264-cisco7 cannot be installed properly with my latest security upload. [ Impact ] #1099030 documents that the postinst downloads from a 404 HTTP URL. [ Tests ] The libopenh264-cisco7 build with the proposed changes properly downloads the library and finishes installation. [ Risks ] None. [ Checklist ] [x] *all* changes are documented in the d/changelog [x] I reviewed all changes and I approve them [x] attach debdiff against the package in stable [x] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable (unstable was never affected) [ Changes ] Version change for the library to download.
