Hi

I would like to upload linux version 6.12.15-1 to unstable.

It imports two stable series versions from 6.12.y where 6.12.15 was
fixing one major XFS regression introduced in 6.12.14. The new
upstream version fixes #1095435 and #1091858.

There are additional packaging changes, one fixing FTBFS on mips64el
by increasing the RELOCATION_TABLE_SIZE.

   * Enable RCU_LAZY to not wake up the CPU for RCU callbacks
   * [arm64/rt] Re-enable KVM
   * [mips*] Increase RELOCATION_TABLE_SIZE to 0x00280000 (fixes FTBFS)
   * nfsd: validate the nfsd_serv pointer before calling svc_wake_up
     (Closes: #1093734)
   * [x86] xen: allow larger contiguous memory regions in PV guests
     (Closes: #1093371, #1088159, #1087807)
   * xen/swiotlb: relax alignment requirements
     (Closes: #1093371, #1088159, #1087807)
   * USB: Add USB_QUIRK_NO_LPM quirk for sony xperia xz1 smartphone
     (Closes: #1091517)
   * [amd64, arm64] Enable NITRO_ENCLAVES, NSM. (closes: #1095647)
   * Support zstd for firmware loader, enable FW_LOADER_COMPRESS_ZSTD
   * linux-bpf-dev: mark as MA: same

Due to the linux/6.12.13-1 FTBFS on mips64el we cannot wait to have
the version migrating to testing, so we move to 6.12.15-1 without.

Regards,
Salvatore
