An update regarding this transition. There are 10 packages pending, I hope Alex will upload them tomorrow. But gnustep-dl2 and gworkspace cannot be uploaded before renaissance and popplerkit.framework are binNMUed as they'll FTBFS. So perhaps now is a good time to schedule the biNMUs for level 3. These need only a dep-wait on libgnustep-gui-dev (>= 0.31.1-7):
