Could we also remove redmine from testing for now? We have this RC bug:
#1094049.
It is right now blocked by the ruby-rack 3 transition, which should take
some time. I'd like to finish the ruby3.3 transition before that.
With the removal of redmine, we also need to remove the following plugins:
* redmine-plugin-custom-css
* redmine-plugin-local-avatars
* redmine-plugin-pretend
* redmine-plugin-redhopper
Those packages should be included in Trixie together with ruby-rack 3.
