The old dashboard the OCaml team had is no longer around, so working out
what rebuilds are required is a little more tricky.
Do you mean the binNMU file in people.debian.org? How come? Can't
someone else take ownership of that?
That's the one. I don't know where the source of the script that
generates that file is. I have since discovered that the ocaml
transition tracker [1] can give hints at what may require binNMUs.
