python-apt and libqapt picked up 2.9.19 dependencies by accident
- apt 2.9.19 included a new symbol files that marked "internal"
symbols (re-exported std:: symbols) as "latest version" - causing
them not to migrate.
2.9.20 fixes the symbols file to include all past symbols.
nmu libqapt_3.0.5-3 . ANY . unstable . -m "rebuild against proper apt symbol
file"
nmu python-apt_2.9.6 . ANY . unstable . -m "rebuild against proper apt symbol
file"
For python-apt a test build lowered the symbol dependency to 2.7.11
(and likely 2.7.14 on armhf), for libqapt to 1.9.11.
