Hello,

[ Reason ]
Currently, geoclue-2.0 in stable is using the Mozilla Location Service,
but MLS is now retired, meaning that geoclue cannot guess the location
of the user anymore.

beaconDB is being considered as a replacement by upstream:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/geoclue/geoclue/-/issues/192

Debian unstable is already using beaconDB

[ Impact ]
geoclue cannot guess the location of the user anymore, applications
using its API will not work as expected

[ Tests ]
Smoketesting testing has been done in a bookworm VM

[ Risks ]
The code change is trivial, the main risk is a privacy one, but they try
to be privacy minded

Privacy statement of beaconDB can be found at: https://beacondb.net/privacy/

addresses to the queries
