Please setup a tracker to add python3.13 as a supported python3 version.
This is non-blocking, as packages can migrate on their own once built.
I'm not yet starting this, just want to have an overview of affected
packages.
The tracker already exists as

The upstream release did already happen, so we should be able to start
that within the next two weeks.

python3-defaults 3.12.7-1 migrated, adding Python 3.13 as a supported
version in trixie.
The autopkgtests of the following packages (along with their RC bug
numbers) were allowed to regress:
