libfm-qt upstream has another soversion bump in latestm version. Shall
we send another transition for new soversion bump after this one? Or
shall we do the transition together with this?
Upload the new version to experimental already in order to clear NEW, then let
us know and we shall see if we wait for the current package to migrate or just
go ahead.
