The point is that in these transitions varnish and its modules need to
be rebuilt and upgraded in lockstep.
The problem was with the old libvmod-redis packages, which didn't depend on
varnishabi-20.0, and so the new varnish could be tested with the old
libvmod-redis packages. With that dependency added now, for the next time, that
situation won't be possible, and so debci will allow livmod-redis packages to be
picked from unstable, thus ending with a working combination.
